Returns and Refunds

    • Our products are custom designed with utmost care keeping our customers satisfaction at highest priority. Still, if by any means an item received is damaged or is shipped with a poor-quality print, we replace the item at no additional cost. 
    • If we ship the wrong product, we replace the item at no additional cost.
    • In either cases, you should promptly contact us at support@myprideshop.com, mentioning the details of the product and defect explained clearly with images of the item received.
  • Shipping and handling is non-refundable on product returns under the 30 Day Return Policy

 ADDRESS ISSUE

MYPRIDESHOP is not responsible If an item is lost due to wrong address/insufficient address. Because decoration & shipment of these orders has already occurred, no refunds will be issued for these items.

If you would like a stolen/lost order to be reprinted & reshipped, you will need to place a new order for the items.

RETURN POLICY

In the case of the damaged items, we provide replacement/credit of equivalent amount. However, due to custom made items we don't accept returns unless the order is canceled within 12 hours after placing the order.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Product exchanges are only obtainable for products that you received in a defective or damaged condition or when an incorrect product different than what you ordered was mistakenly sent to you.

No returns or exchanges can be accepted for the custom orders, including custom size, custom color, custom printed or custom built products and services.

 

EXCEPTIONS

Returns on underwear is conditional due to hygiene reasons. We regret that it is not possible for us to accept return on undergarments.

Shoes and Clothing are not applicable for replacements/exchanges unless and until the item received is damaged or a case of wrong delivery.

 

ILL FITS
Unfortunately, we don't provide the refund in case of ill fits. Our size chart precisely depicts the sizes.

 

DAMAGED ITEM / LOW-QUALITY PRINT


For the fastest resolution, please include a photograph demonstrating the poor quality of the print or the damaged area of the item. The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed.

We will use this information to help you with your order, and eliminate errors in future printing.

 

CANCELLATION

Orders can be canceled before they enter the printing process. Unfortunately, once the order enters printing process we won't be able to cancel it. That is because, at this point, we would not be able to stop production or delivery.

Note: In the case of refunds, 15% restocking fee will be deducted along with the shipping fee.

 

No returns or refunds are accepted after 30 days of delivery.

 

We believe in 100% customer satisfaction, so if any sort of mistake is committed from our end we are glad to rectify them.
