- Can I change my order after it's been placed?
Yes, once you've placed your order, it is possible to amend order details, only if you email us shortly after your order is placed!
- How do I use a promotional code?
Once you've reached the checkout stage, enter your promotional code into our discount bar, enter the correct code and click 'Apply'. If the code is valid, your discount will be applied! Please note, only one promotion/discount code is redeemable per order.
- How Long till I receive my order?
U.S. orders are shipped via express post, express shipping means your parcel will arrive to you approximately 5-12 business days after receiving your dispatch notification! International orders will take between 2-3 weeks. International express orders will take approximately 5-10 business days (this option is available when checking out). To give you an idea, Shipping Info is given on every product page.
