This was a difficult order process. First order was somehow lost in shipping then took weeks for the replacement. When it came it did not include the compensatory item promised. BUT - they have now made it right. The bracelets did eventually arrive and are nice. Those who were gifted them were happy with their presents:)

Great piece. Way too big. Had to have the size adjusted by a jeweller - think the sizing is aimed at men for this item? Too big for my girl's wrist. Look and feel of the item really nice, just too big for a woman's wrist.
